6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely.
However, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@radioaudio-hub.com with photos of the package and product.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

For lost packages, contact us so we can open a claim with the carrier and determine the next steps (replacement or refund).
