Refund and Returns Policy

RadioAudio Hub is committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. Because we sell used, refurbished, and pre-owned car audio equipment, we encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be accepted.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned in the same condition as received
  • The product has not been damaged, altered, or improperly installed
  • All original components included with the purchase are returned

Items returned outside the return window or in altered condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Items modified or tampered with after delivery
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Items returned after the return period has expired

Used & Refurbished Product Disclosure

All products sold by RadioAudio Hub are used, refurbished, or pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Minor cosmetic wear, such as scratches or signs of previous use, is normal and does not qualify as a defect.

Product condition and functionality are described on each individual product listing.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Contact us at contact@radioaudio-hub.com within the return window
  2. Provide the order number and reason for the return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

If the item is returned in a condition different from when it was shipped, a partial refund or refusal may apply.

Exchanges & Replacements

If an item arrives non-functional or significantly different from the description, customers should contact us within the return window. When available, a replacement may be offered. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method
  • RadioAudio Hub is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
